Who can use Klaasi

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and be able to make a binding agreement.

Keep your sign-in email or phone safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What Klaasi does

Klaasi lets creators sell digital products, courses, coaching, events, memberships and live classes, and run communities. Buyers pay on Klaasi; payments are processed by our payment partner (Bachs).

The creator, not Klaasi, makes and is responsible for each product, class and community, and for what they say about it.

Buying

The price you see includes the fee shown before you pay. Prices are shown in naira for buyers in Nigeria and in US dollars elsewhere.

After payment you get access in your library. Access is personal: do not share, resell or publish what you bought.

If you pay in parts, access continues while parts are paid on time. If a part is more than 3 days late, access pauses until it is paid.

Selling

You may only sell what you own or have the right to sell. No illegal, harmful, misleading, adult or copied content, and no fake reviews.

Klaasi takes a fee from each sale. The fee for your plan and the payment method is shown on our Pricing page and before each sale. Plan prices are shown on the Pricing page.

Your earnings are held for a few days before you can withdraw them (currently 3 days for naira and 5 days for dollars) so refunds and disputes can be handled. The minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000 or $5. Withdrawal fees: naira to a Nigerian bank is free on Pro and Business and ₦100 on Free; dollars to a bank cost 1% (at least $1, at most $15); USDT (TRC-20) costs 1% (at least $1).

To withdraw you must pass the identity check run by our payment partner. We may hold payouts while we look into fraud, chargebacks or a breach of these terms.

Refunds

Each creator sets their own refund rules on their product page. How refunds work is explained in our Refund policy. When a refund is approved, the creator pays it, including the payment company's cost.

Partners (affiliates)

Partners earn the commission shown when they share a product. The rate is locked at the time of each sale. On sales from the Klaasi affiliate shop, Klaasi keeps a 2% shop fee from the partner's commission. Commissions on refunded sales are reversed.

No spam, fake clicks or buying through your own link.

Plans

Pro and Business plans renew automatically for the period you chose. You can stop renewing at any time; your plan stays until the end of the paid period. If a renewal can't be paid, you have 3 days before your shop goes back to Free. Your products stay.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give Klaasi permission to host, show and deliver it so the service works, and to show product names and covers on Klaasi (for example in Discover) if you choose to be listed.

What's not allowed

Breaking the law, harming others, getting around fees or payments, attacking or overloading the service, collecting other people's data without permission, or pretending to be someone else.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Klaasi running, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, Klaasi is not responsible for indirect losses, or for what creators, buyers or partners do.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Admin decisions are recorded with a reason.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we can't settle a disagreement by talking to each other first (write to [email protected]), it will be decided by the courts of Nigeria.

If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer rights the law where you live gives you that can't be taken away by agreement.
